the digital plow provides a suite of residential and commercial services that can be tailored to best meet your needs as determined by you--and the weather!

We can and will clear the snow from driveways and sidewalks and apply deicing materials to reduce the risk and pain of "slip and fall" injuries. Snow will be cleared and placed in appropriate locations. Deicers will be applied at recommended effective rates, and materials selected to minimize damage to paving surfaces, plantings, and other landscape elements.

Residential

Residential driveways and walks are the focus of our services. Residential accounts are our first priority. We know that you need to be able to get out to go to work, to school, or to the store. As part of the site survey, we will ask you to share your work and school schedules so that we can schedule your property to be cleared as close as possible to the times when you need access most.

Specific services:

Plowing

We will plow the full length and width of your driveway, including the entire width of the garage door. Clearing of additional parking pads may also be provided. We will discuss the location of residual snow piles with you, so that we are agreed on where to deposit snow.

Sidewalks

We will clear the full width of your steps and sidewalks, providing safe and secure access to your front door.

Deicing

We will use the most current deicers to reduce the build-up of ice. You may choose to have deicers applied as a preventive measure when snow is forecast, as remediation after clearing, or both.

Commercial

the digital plow provides limited commercial plowing and other snow management services. We support selected commercial accounts consistent with meeting the needs of our residential clientele. Accordingly, we solicit accounts with child care providers, pharmacies, local groceries and convenience stores, and other community businesses. Just as with our residential accounts, we will strive to schedule clearing of your property to keep it clear when your customers and employees need safe access most.

Specific services:

Plowing

We will clear access to your property, all transit lanes and all parking areas except as noted on a site plan provided as part of our proposal. Access to fire hydrants and handicapped ramps will be maintained. Removed snow will be deposited as indicated in the proposal site plan.

Sidewalks

Walks will be cleared as indicated on the proposed site plan. Removed snow will be deposited as indicated, with care given to protection of landscaping.

Deicing

Preventive and remedial applications of the most current deicers will reduce your risk of slip and fall injuries and maintain access to your property during and after a snow or ice event.
